Your Instructor
Your instructor, William Anderson speaks to students as someone who has experienced the subject matter firsthand. William or Bill as he prefers to be called, has been a real estate investor for more than 35 years. He purchased his first home at 23 and his second at 25 and from then on, many, many more.
Bill's expertise spans the entirety of real estate from single-family homes to multi-family, office, and commercial plus development and land. Bill has purchased and sold many properties during his long career but his passion is focused on residential property. During Bill's long career he has acted at various times as a buyer, seller, developer, and property manager. He became a licensed real estate agent and broker along the way to better understand the real estate business from the "other side".
In addition to Mr. Anderson's considerable expertise with residential rental property, he found time to create several companies engaged in various enterprises. With the sale of his last company to Waste Management, he turned his full attention and business expertise to help others build wealth.
Mr. Anderson has walked the walk and talked the talk. KEYLADDER courses are based on his experience and that of associates with expertise in specific areas such as finance, law, and accounting. This wealth of knowledge is offered in the courses presented here and in continuing blog articles and podcast episodes. He has recently published a series of blog articles to help Millennials achieve financial independence.
Mr. Anderson is a real estate broker and managing partner in Logan-Anderson, Gulf Coastal Realtors. You can reach him at [email protected] or his broker email [email protected]
